You are invited to join us as a sponsor and/or exhibitor for our 3rd Annual Conference entitled “HR – Leading Strategically.” We anticipate approximately 150 Human Resource Managers and Business Professionals from throughout the region to join us for the day to hear about how HR is working with their senior managers to achieve their strategic goals. We are very excited this year to have Johnny Taylor as our keynote speaker. Mr. Taylor is the past president of the National Society for Human Resource Management. You will have the opportunity to meet business professionals and to present your product and service to them and ask them for the opportunity to discuss how your business solution can help them achieve their goals.

Space is limited so please contact us by Friday, March 7, 2008 to let us know if you will be participating so that we may include your company on our mailing to the registrants. We will accept payment along with your company logo until Friday, April 4, 2008.

Lunch Sponsor $1,500: Sponsor receives all of the Exhibitor benefits plus recognition as the lunch sponsor, 5 minute time slot during lunch to present their business to attendees, and listing as a sponsor on the conference brochure and conference mailings.

Speaker Sponsor $1,000: Sponsor receives all of the Exhibitor benefits plus 5 minute time slot during the Opening or Closing General Session to present their business to attendees and to be listed as a sponsor on the conference brochure and conference mailings.

Conference Bag Sponsor $1,000: Sponsor receives all of the Exhibitor benefits plus their logo on a conference bag that is distributed to all participants, listing as a sponsor on the conference brochure and conference mailings.

Refreshment Break Sponsor, $750: Sponsor receives all of the Exhibitor benefits plus recognition as the refreshment break sponsor, a 3 minute time slot during a break to present their business to attendees, and listing as a sponsor on the conference brochure and conference mailings.

Exhibitor $250: Exhibitor receives a 6 ft skirted table in a 10’ x 8’ area, listing in the Conference Agenda, the option to provide an item to be distributed to each participant in their complimentary conference bag.
