The Society for Human Resource Management of Tompkins County

(SHRMTC) is a non-profit, individual membership association for human resource management professionals. The local chapter meets once monthly, providing a forum, through breakfast meetings and presentations, where Human Resource representatives can network with one another to enhance professional growth and career development.

2010 Chapter Champion and Silver Shape Award

The chapter has been recognized as a Foundation Chapter Champion for supporting the SHRM Foundation through communications to our members, donations and fund raising events. We have also been recognized again as a Superior Merit Chapter, for providing our members with excellent educational opportunities, keeping you updated on HR change and participating in New York State SHRM  and SHRM national events.
